At NAVRITYA, we strive to bring you carefully curated ethnic wear that you'll love. However, if you need assistance with an exchange or return, please read our policy below.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at navrityalifestyle@gmail.com.

One-Time Exchange

We offer a one-time exchange only per order. Any further requests will not be accepted. If applicable, a credit note will be issued instead.

Price Difference

  • If you choose a product of higher value, the difference must be paid.
  • If you choose a product of lower value, the balance will be issued as a credit note.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product change.
  • Only one product can be selected in exchange (no multiple items).

Delivery Address

The exchanged product will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

Payment Mode

Exchange orders are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).

🔁 Return Policy

At NAVRITYA, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the order is placed.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • A clear unboxing video (from start to finish) is provided as proof.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order.

Order Fulfillment Timeline

Every order is generally processed and fulfilled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a refund. Refunds can be received either as a refund coupon code or directly to your original payment mode.

Please note: A 5% deduction will apply as payment gateway charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, our team will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment.
